Shipping Policy

At Dog Bed Studio, we offer both ready-to-ship products and selected products available for preorder. Shipping arrangements and delivery estimates depend on the product you purchase.

1. Ready-to-Ship Product

Our designated ready-made dog bed stocked in our U.S. warehouse qualifies for free shipping within the United States.

The estimated delivery time for this eligible product is 3–5 business days, as confirmed by our fulfillment provider.

This offer applies only to the designated U.S. in-stock product and does not apply to preorder or custom-made products unless expressly stated on the product page.

2. Preorder Products

Selected dog beds that are not currently stocked in the United States are offered on a preorder basis.

When you place a preorder, your order helps us plan production and arrange shipment of the products to our U.S. warehouse. These products may require manufacturing, ocean freight transportation, customs clearance, warehouse receiving, and final delivery to your address.

Preorder products are not ready for immediate shipment. The total waiting time will depend on production schedules, transportation, customs clearance, and warehouse processing.

Please review the preorder information on the product page before placing your order. We will provide an estimated shipping or delivery timeframe when one is available and communicate significant updates if the schedule changes.

A preorder is not eligible for the 3–5 business day delivery estimate offered for our designated U.S. in-stock product.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Free shipping for our designated U.S. in-stock product does not automatically apply to preorder products. Any shipping charges or special preorder arrangements will be communicated before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Updates and Tracking

For preorder products, we will share relevant updates when available, including significant changes to the expected schedule.

Tracking information will be provided when the order has shipped and tracking is available.

5. Delivery Delays

Production schedules, ocean freight, customs clearance, weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery timing.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your preorder, we will communicate the available information and any applicable options.
