2, From Idea to Prototype - In 2016, a U.S pet brand found us with an idea for an original dog bed. We developed the foam structure and created prototypes for evaluation and refinement.
3, Materials & Design - We helped select the right materials, including foam, fabric, and other components, and refined the design to achieve the desired comfort, structure and appearance.
4, Sewing & Production - With our own sewing capability, we handle fabric cutting, stitching and assembly to ensure every bed is well-made and consistent in quality.
5, Packaging & Shipping - The finished dog beds are carefully packed, stacked and loaded for international shipping. In 2016, the products were shipped to the U.S. market, marking the beginning of our journey in the pet industry.
6, Global Partnership - Since then, we have continued to work with pet brands across the U.S. and worldwide, providing reliable manufacturing and flexible solutions to support their growth.
